Kameltheater Kernhof and its collection

Kameltheater Kernhof is a zoo in Sankt Aegyd am Neuwalde, Austria.

The performers are mostly two-humped Bactrian camels, a breed that copes with winters in the alpine foothills, and other animals also appear in simple stage pieces. The programme is aimed chiefly at children. The venue seats about 250 and plays only in the summer half of the year.

Animals and collection

Animals on show include Alpaka, Ameisenbär, Baumstreifenhörnchen, Berberaffen and Chinaleoparden.

Free parking spaces are conveniently available directly in front of the main entrance.
The facility is designed to be fully navigable, making it accessible for both wheelchairs and visitors with strollers.
