Parc zoologique des Sables d'Olonnes is a zoo in Les Sables-d'Olonne, France.

The zoo covers three hectares and holds roughly 500 animals across about 50 species. It opens from February through December and draws some 154,000 people a year.

History

It opened in 1963, founded by the Reverho family: the brothers André and Gustave, together with Gustave's wife Madeleine, all former circus and music hall performers. The ground had been a landfill site, and the council consented to its use. Gustave Reverho died in 1969, and in 1975 the two survivors passed the zoo to Louis Gay of the Doué zoo.

Animals on show include pandas roux, flamants des Caraïbes, conures tiriba and girafe.
