- Free parking is widely available onsite at M&D's parking lots within Strathclyde Country Park, which includes designated Blue Badge parking bays close to the entrance.
- The indoor facility is fully wheelchair and pushchair friendly with accessible toilet facilities located nearby. Assistance dogs are restricted from entering the main tropical exhibit due to free-roaming animals, but staff can provide guidance or support.
