ZooParc de Beauval und die zugehörige Sammlung

Zooparc de Beauval, eröffnet 1980, ist ein Zoo in St. Aignan, Loir-et-Cher, Centre-Val de Loire, Frankreich.

Auf 45 Hektar werden rund 35.000 Tiere gezeigt. Der Park wurde 1980 von Françoise Delord gegründet; ihr Sohn Rodolphe Delord leitet ihn heute, und die Familie hält den Großteil des Kapitals. Häufig zeigt er als erster Park des Landes bestimmte Tiere.

Tiere und Sammlung

Zu den gezeigten Tieren zählen Wombats, Rote Riesenkängurus, Wallabys, Manatis und Zwergflusspferde.

Ausstellungsbereiche

Zu den Anlagen zählen Bucolia, Les Terres Rouges, Les Roches Vives, die Große Südamerikanische Voliere und die Äquatorialkuppel.

Aktivitäten

Zu den Aktivitäten zählen die Odyssee der Seelöwen, Meister der Lüfte (Vogelshow) und die Beauval-Wolke (Seilbahn).
