Conservation and approach

It gives lasting homes to injured or disabled aquatic animals that would otherwise be put down, among them Ziva, an endangered green sea turtle taken in during 2002 and placed in a 161,000-gallon display. Sites in the chain also breed seahorses, which are threatened by overfishing and trade.
