Parco Natura Viva, Garda Zoological Park and its collection
Parco Natura Viva, Garda Zoological Park, opened in 1969, is a safari park in Bussolengo, Italy.
History
The Verona architect Alberto Avesani and his wife Giorgia Zaborra turned part of their farm, which had existed since 1933, into a wildlife area during the 1960s. It opened to the public on 25 June 1969 under an earlier name referencing Lake Garda. Zoom Torino bought the park in 2024.
Animals and collection
Animals on show include tapiro sudamericano, formichiere gigante, nandù comune, Suricati and Cammelli.
Exhibits
Its exhibits include House of Dragon, Jurassic Adventure and Pantanal.
