Zoo de la Bourbansais and its collection

Zoo de la Bourbansais is a zoo in Pleugueneuc, France.

The zoo shows over 500 animals on 10 hectares and joins 21 European breeding programmes. It belongs to EAZA, to the national zoo association ANPZ and to the leisure-attractions body SNELAC. It was started in 1965 by Régis de Lorgeril and Josette Barbezat, within the grounds of the château.
