Varna Aquarium and its collection
Varna Aquarium, opened in 1932, is an aquarium in Варна, Bulgaria.
The building was designed by the architect Dabko Dabkov. It stands in the Sea Garden beside the naval museum and close to the festival and congress centre.
What the venue says
- While the aquarium itself does not operate a major dining facility inside, it is situated very close to Varna's bustling coastline and downtown area.
- Located within a pedestrian-priority zone inside the Sea Garden (Primorski Blvd.), direct vehicle access right up to the building is restricted, meaning visitors generally walk a short, scenic path through the park from nearby streets or the city center.
