Naypyidaw Zoological Gardens and its collection
Naypyidaw Zoological Gardens, opened in 2008, is a zoo in Naypyidaw, Myanmar.
The zoo lies on the Yangon-Mandalay highway some 400 km north of Yangon. It covers 612 acres and opened on 27 March 2008, Armed Forces Day, with about 420 animals moved from the Yangon zoo. The collection includes elephants, crocodiles, tigers and white tigers, leopards, zebras, kangaroos and a hippo, and there is an air-conditioned penguin building.

- While there are some intermittent food stalls and rest areas scattered across the grounds, options can sometimes be limited or closed on quieter weekdays, so packing your own water and snacks is recommended.
- Designated parking is available on-site for visitors arriving by vehicle or tour bus.
- The facility features relatively wide pathways and designated viewing areas, though the sprawling layout requires considerable walking.
